Ok, now I’m dreaming of a winter wonderland… ;)
I can never seem to get my space right. And I can tell, because it looks like this:
Things aren’t easy to put away, so then I pile it up, and I don’t have a good workflow where I hold myself accountable for cleaning before creating. I shop more than I create and supplies no longer fit where they should.
My stuff has never been properly organized since we moved in the summer of 2019. I really thought I packed decently, and thought I unpacked decently, but in reality, I needed time in my new space to really figure things out. I’ve finally figured out that it’s more important for me to have a functional space that holds everything than a “pretty” one that spreads my stuff hither thither and yon, so I’m giving that a big ol’ go and we’ll see where we go from here. Because it truly never ends.
Just wasn’t feeling anything too complicated this year. It is 2020, after all. ;) But I think I came up with some cute Christmas cards that used my stash, were fun to make, and will be fun to receive. <3
I have always loved the Counterfeit Kit Club Challenge, but haven’t gotten to play along in forever. I jumped back in again this month, however, and made a mini kit inspired by the CKCC’s choice for May, Echo Park’s March 2020 club kit.
Here is my mini kit:
It includes some stamped embellishments I made (video forthcoming at some point!):
And I’ve already made a page with it! It was based on a PageMaps sketch, and my flower wreath is very off-center, but oh, well, life is very off-center. I used some bits and pieces on a 2nd page and will make cards, too–all of which I’ll post later. :) TFL!
